I hope you are enjoying all the beautifully sunny days of summer and getting a little time to enjoy all that South Surrey and White Rock has to offer.
This past weekend RE/MAX was a proud sponsor of the 70th annual White Rock Sea Festival at White Rock Beach. We couldn't have asked for better weather to enjoy the torchlight parade, fireworks and so many fantastic events put on this year.
In this months real estate stats you will see that the local real estate market actually picked up in July. There has also been some good news for home-buyers as the Bank of Canada announced the mortgage qualifying rate dropped to 5.19% from 5.34%.
